• Shipping – Shipping takes 3 to 4 working days to most parts of South Africa. We use The Courier Guy and will send the tracking info for your order within 24 hours of your order being placed.

  We offer free shipping to most parts of South Africa but if you stay somewhere more remote then we reserve the right to charge for delivery.

• Payment – We accept payment via credit card using Payfast to process the payment or otherwise by EFT. If you choose the EFT option then our banking details will be included in the order confirmation email you will receive after completing the order.
  
  
• Returns – If you’re not happy with the product for whatever reason please let us know within 7 days of your purchase. If you would like to return the product because you changed your mind then it needs to be returned unused and in the original condition in which it was delivered.
  
  
• Warranty
  
  What is covered? – We offer a 1 year warranty on our product which covers the functionality of the product under normal operating conditions. If something breaks during normal use then the warranty covers that.

  What is not covered? – Fire and outdoor elements will eventually lead to some discolouration and even some rust of the inner drum if proper maintenance or storage care isn’t done. The warranty does not cover this.
